Message in a Bottle Bianco now joins our portfolio of widely acclaimed wines. A blend of Vermentino (84%),Sauvignon (14%) and little Trebbiano it is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes and vegetables. With an alcohol content of 12.5% it is aged for 5 months.

Vermentino 84% – 14% Sauvignon and little Trebbiano

Vinification
Alcolic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, 10-13°.

Description
Profile delicate, floral with notes of citrus, a hint of pineapple and banana.

Taste
Fresh and pleasantly acid and with a long finish.
