The production chain is managed entirely by the Manara family, that for this reason has a lot of faith in its wines. Aging: In 100 Hl stainless steel tanks for 18 months, followed by aging in the bottle.
Color: Intense ruby red. Nose: Cherry, Plum, Blackberry, Raspberry, then Violet, Vanilla and Cinnamon. Palate: Pleasantly dry and smooth with long finishing.
