With a very savory flavor, it is characterized by a pleasant fragrance and a long taste-olfactory persistence. It is the ideal companion for every moment of the meal: excellent as an aperitif, it is also indicated to accompany oriental cuisine and dishes based on savory sheets. Serve chilled, at a temperature of 6-8 ° C. Recommended glass: flûte.
