Origin & Concept: Brought to life by Sting’s winery Il Palagio in Tuscany, Italy, and named after his legendary song to honor the link between music and wine. The label even features a portrait of his wife, Trudie Styler

Characteristics: A Brut Rosé, made using the Charmat method. It boasts a “delicate pink” color with notes of strawberries, raspberries, and citrus. The blend typically uses Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes with an alcohol content of 12-13%

The wine has a delicate pink (rosé) hue, often described as a light salmon-pink. It has a fine, persistent perlage (bubbles)
