Pairing:
Ideal wine to pair with summer salads with shrimp or octopus, spaghetti with clams and mussels; light appetizers or even fresh and creamy cheese.
Appearance:
The “C.D.C.” the Christ’s name from Campobello which identifies the company, for this white wine representative of the Sicilian lands in which it was born, takes its name. From hilly soils characterized by limestone texture, located at 260 meters, come the different grapes which, after fermentation, are left in steel on the lees for three months, before being bottled and released after a further two months. A young, fresh wine, where the different grapes balance to offer themselves in the glass for a drink without thoughts but never banal.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Straw yellow color. Nose: The nose is fruity with particular focus of the white melon, apple, pinapple, yellow plum and with flavors of yellow flowers. Palate: In the mouth it is fresh, pleasant, with returns of fruity notes accompanied by citrus fruits. In the finish emerge Mediterranean aromatic herbs (thyme and majoran)
