Bright golden yellow, exotic aromas, mineral flint notes, creamy, powerful with a long finish.

The Chardonnay MAREI stands for stylish opulence. With yellow peaches, ripe mangoes, citrus aromas, a hint of vanilla and delicately roasted hazelnuts, the variety is already evident in the bouquet. Extract and acidity are elegantly balanced. The mouthfeel is round with velvety fruit and well-integrated tannins. A full-bodied, complex Chardonnay with beautiful minerality and a long finish.

Manual harvest and selection of the grapes from the historic vineyards with the oldest vines. Gentle grape pressing and pre-clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and in the new French barrique with malolactic fermentation (50%). After aging on the fine lees for 12 months, the filling and another 6 months of bottle aging follow.
