HARVEST TIME: Late September/Early October
HARVEST: The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed, pressed and gravity-fed into special roto-fermenters, where they remain for approximately 10 days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place using indigenous yeasts present on the skins.
AGING: The wine ages for 4 months in concrete tanks where malolactic fermentation takes place, then in Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 12 months. After bottling, it is left to rest for another 6 months.

TASTING NOTES: An intense ruby red wine with fruity aromas of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry. On the palate, it has excellent structure and persistence, supported by soft tannins.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Red meats, pasta, and medium-aged cheeses.
